Why I created this program

People always ask me how to lose weight. This program is the best of what I tell them. In addition to being asked how to lose weight, I’m always asked, “What can I do to be more fit?” or “How can I prepare for an upcoming fun run?” My answers have always been long and technical, because it’s hard to explain everything in just a short answer. This program is my answer! From years of experience, I’ve learnt that exercise programs should be easy-to-follow, time-efficient and cost-effective. Having a personal trainer is not a sustainable way to achieve weight loss for most people. This is the main reason I created this program.
