About Us

JAND, formerly Northern Skies Fitness and Jacob Andreae Fitness, was founded by Jacob in 2011 after years of study and real-life experience. In addition to his advanced health, fitness and psychology certifications, Jacob holds degrees in teaching, exercise science, a graduate diploma in psychology, and has worked as a university lecturer, teacher and strength & conditioning coach at the elite level.

Today, JAND is the overarching brand of the online community -- Mind Your Body, which includes the popular and informative podcast and YouTube show, The Mind Your Body Show.
