The 2-Week Performance Foundation is a structured onboarding phase designed to build a baseline so solid that everything which follows actually works. No guesswork. No generic templates. Just a clear, individualised plan built around you.

Across these two weeks, we establish exactly what your body needs, how you move, and how you should be training to improve performance efficiently and safely.

What’s Included:

60-Minute Wellness Consultation

A detailed discussion to understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, and constraints—so your program is built with context, not assumptions.

Health Screening

Identify any limitations, risks, or priorities before training begins, ensuring your plan is both effective and appropriate.

Physical Induction

Learn how we train, why it works, and how to execute key movements correctly. This sets the technical standard moving forward.

Personalised Training Plan

Built specifically for your body, goals, and schedule—no recycled programs or one-size-fits-all templates.

Coaching Support

Ongoing guidance, feedback, and adjustments across the two weeks to ensure you’re progressing from day one.

Training App Access

Your full program delivered through a professional coaching app, providing structure, tracking, and accountability.

I'm Jacob

After graduating with my double degree in sports science and teaching in 2006, I completed a graduate diploma of psychology in 2013. In 2017, I was offered a full time role with the Northern Territory Institute of Sport. and in 2020 I started working with the Adelaide Crows AFLW team. I specialise in athletic development and running mechanics.
