I'm Jacob
I specialise in athletic development, strength & conditioning, and running mechanics, helping athletes improve performance, return from injury, and maximise their long-term potential.
After graduating with a double degree in Sport & Exercise Science and Education in 2006, I completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychology in 2013 before moving into high-performance sport. In 2017, I joined the Northern Territory Institute of Sport and in 2020 worked with the Adelaide Crows AFLW program. In 2026, I achieved ASCA Professional Level 2 (PL2) accreditation, recognising my expertise as a high-performance strength and conditioning coach in the professional environment.
