Since 2011, I've coached everyone from children to elite athletes to move better, feel better, and perform better. In 2020, I was offered the opportunity of working with the Adelaide Crows and their Darwin-based players, which over the following few seasons included a grand final appearance and a premiership 🏆

Jacob gave me an idea of my strengths and weaknesses, and thus what I need to focus on. He also gave me an idea of what a professional training schedule should look like through pre-season and in-season. I feel stronger and more educated, which helped me get drafted by Hawthorn in the AFLW.
