Refund & Cancellation Policy – 1:1 Online Coaching Program

I am committed to delivering world-class coaching to dedicated athletes. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds

All payments are final. There are no refunds, transfers, or credits under any circumstances, regardless of whether you choose to pay upfront or through a monthly payment plan.

12-Week Commitment

This program requires a full 12-week commitment. You are responsible for all payments for the duration of the program, whether you complete all sessions or not.

Cancellation After 12 Weeks

After the initial 12-week period, you may cancel your enrollment at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Your cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date your request is received.

Pausing in Special Circumstances

In the event of injury, illness, or exceptional personal circumstances, you may request to pause your program for up to 3 months. Approval is at my discretion, and supporting documentation may be required.
