Refund Policy for In-Person Training

All payments for in-person training are non-refundable once made.

  • Upfront Payments: If you choose to pay for your training upfront, you cannot request a refund after payment has been processed.
  • Multiple Payments: If you are paying in installments, you may cancel any upcoming payments with 30 days' notice; however, you cannot request a refund on any payments already made.

If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, subject to availability. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited.
